Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to take the whole certification test again?

No! The recertification tests only cover what has changed in QBO. You do not need to relearn anything you were tested on in the past.

How long is the test?

There are 2 sections: One for the Basic level that has 16 questions, and one for the Advanced level that has 14 questions. Advanced ProAdvisors must take both sections.

I just got my Advanced certification. Do I need to recertify my Basic?

No. You only need to recertify at your highest level.
